Our freedom to use, share, and continue to operate our STAs is at risk! The additional costs, taxes and administrative burdens being pushed forward by the municipality must be challenged. The rules and limitations must not be arbitrarily passed by the municipality without proper stakeholder input and proven due diligence.
We need your help. We are in this for the long haul and there is strength in numbers. If you are a cottage owner or STA stakeholder JOIN US and protect our rights to fair process and representation.
An individual who is the legal registered owner of a cottage property in the Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula can be a member of the association.
By filling out the form below, you will become a member of the Northern Bruce Peninsula Cottage Association.
I am the owner of a cottage rental (STA)
I am a cottage owner - I don't have a cottage rental
I am the partner in the above Cottage Ownership.
I am donating to the association and understand this does not allow me a membership.
Only 1 full membership is available per cottage property.
"Member” – means an individual who is the legal registered owner of a Cottage property in the Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula and has paid the annual membership fee, as set by the Board. In the event there is more than one registered owner of a Cottage property, one (1) designate from that ownership group shall be appointed to be a Member, the remaining registered owners may join the association as an Interested Party.
Interested Parties” means a legal registered owner of a Cottage property, and also non-permanent resident, located on in the Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula who wishes to be kept informed of Association business and attend at the Annual General meeting but does not wish to be a Member. Alternatively, a member of a Cottage property ownership group, where another legal registered owner in that group is already a Member of the Association;
